Pricing

  • Rental fee — starting at $149 per night

  • Cleaning fee — $40

  • Weekly discount: 15%

  • Monthly discount: 30%

  • Security deposit — $100

Location

The WestBrick Loft is located at 438 West McDaniel Street in the heart of Downtown Springfield, Missouri directly across from the College Station Car Park (parking is one less thing you'll have to worry about).  It is conveniently located within walking distance of many local restaurants and shops, below are just a few of our favorites:

Interaction with Guests

We utilize a smart lock and will provide you with your unique digital combination prior to arrival. If you're old fashioned and prefer a key, we can get you one of those, too. We work in the space on the bottom level of the building (Hook Creative, check us out) and are usually there from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Rules & regulations

No funny business, ok? We're cool and appreciate people who treat our property like it's their own. Just so we're on the same page, below are a few non-negotiables:

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • No more than 4 guests

  • No loud music

  • No parties or events*

  • Not for commercial usage*

  • Don't do stupid stuff

Cancellations

We understand things happen, so we try to be flexible when we can.

Cancel up to 24 hours before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking. More details here.
